When to apply for loans?
When should I be applying for loans. I need to take out approx 45k this year. When should I do this? Im attending Duke, and just figured that I would take what they offered.

Now! Your financial aid offer should have been posted by now, if not it should be really soon. If what is offered to you in federal loans (probably some combination of stafford and grad plus) is not enough then borrow the difference from a private loan company (although that's basically selling your soul to the devil but a lot of people have to do it).PureEnergy wrote:When should I be applying for loans.
