Albany - full sticker
Pace - full sticker ( but will live at home and commute)
Quinnipiac - $10K (50% stip)
Interested in business/commercial law at mid size/local NY/NJ firms...

Honestly, most likely none of these options will get you into business law in your stated preferences. I would personally go with Albany b/c it does have a good reputation in NY, esp. the upstate area and it'll at least give you a shot at a decent job. Pace is def not worth it even if you're saving on COL b/c I don't think job prospects are going to be too good. If you want any chance at NY, Quinnipiac would not be a good choice.lrh wrote:Albany - full sticker

Not like the job prospects will be any better coming out of Albany. Any of these schools would be risky for free. They're suicide at sticker.ran12 wrote:Honestly, most likely none of these options will get you into business law in your stated preferences. From these, it's gotta be Pace, but I think Rutgers would be much better if you got in there bec. then at least you've got Jersey.

Are you borrowing the cost of attendance? If so, none of the above. In this hiring environment, there's a good chance you'll be unemployed with $125K+ debt hanging over you.
Even if you're not borrowing, think carefully whether there might be some other path for you. These schools are not worth the money at this time.
If you're still going, then Pace, based on the lower $ outlay.

Pace, because you'll save money by living at home, and hopefully, because you're from that area, you may have connections to help you land a job post-graduation...
