main point: do not count on WL. check lawschoolnumbers for past cycles and you will see how many people get on wait-lists. in my opinion, some WL are more like soft rejections.

based on the above recommendation, take A.

Why do you think your English is below standard for law school? LSAT supposes to measure your English comprehension and all that. So, if you have a score that can get you into Wisconsin, you may be okay.

Yes, it does. I'm not trying to insult you. As someone who has attempted to learn a foreign language, I know the challenges.

I think you would be well served by taking an intensive English program.
