UCLA at Sticker?
If your desire is LAW..ie not contemplating anything else. (LSAT retake not an option)
How bad is UCLA at Sticker compared to Loyola Pepperdine with $$$$.
With this bad market, do you "need" a UCLA degree? Or in this bad market should you go as cheap as possible?
EDIT: loyola/pep have a top 1/3 stip to keep the $ after the 1st year. You can also include Full-Ride at Cardozo with no Stip.

Re: UCLA at Sticker?
scholly stip. make the loyola and pepp. option worse
The doors that UCLA will open for you will help you pay back that money in no time......just my 2 cents.....but then again it depends on your goals.
you want to be a DA...go loyola

It's a very high stakes gamble. If you win, you still likely won't be happy and it will still probably take you ten years or so to pay off your loans.
Personally, I wouldn't pay full price for UCLA. But the CA legal environment is different that most other states (there are a ton of schools and there is a big drop off in hiring after UCLA/USC).
Be careful and understand what you are doing. Talk to 3L's at UCLA before you make up your mind.

I would never take UCLA at sticker. I wouldn't take Loyola either.

UCLA is a great choice and I think you would be stupid to pass it up.

Re: UCLA at Sticker?
It's tough, but I think i'd take UCLA at sticker in this situation. UCLA is very well regarded in southern California.
