I'm deciding between George Washington and the University of Georgia.
I'm originally from Atlanta, would be happy ending up there, and am much more familiar with Athens. But I'm also interested in the opportunities GW offers and the types of law they specialize in (government, international, national security, etc.).
I'm torn between the safety of UGA and the possibilites of GW.
The money is also a big difference (obviously). The costs above include tuition and living expenses.

Total cost of attendance at each? Career goals?

Total cost is in the subject. 63k per year for GW and 17k per year for UGA.
Career goals is a little more difficult, but something I should have mentioned. Most likely a big firm or if not then something in government or related to government. I don't know what kind of law I want to study (which isn't very helpful, it'd be so much easier if I knew exactly what I wanted to do).

Go to UGA, because GW isn't worth the debt, but realize that your chances at big firms are pretty low.

GW probably isnt worth all that money, but on the other hand realize that biglaw or selective government jobs are probably out of the question coming from UGA. Its a tough call.

Go to UGA and set your sights lower than biglaw. GW at 200k worth of debt is insane and way too risky.
