BC sticker vs Rutgers Newark at 4000 a yr

From NJ, but no preference for law practice in nj/ny vs anywhere else. Trying to weigh the financial aspect vs going to the school where I'll get the best education and have the best opportunities coming out. Any advice?

there has to be some sort of in between school here... there isnt like a Tier 1 that gave you a half scholly?
