U of MN vs. W&M ($)
Hey all-- interested in input here, maybe for some it seems like a no-brainer to W&m but I'm hesitating. I'm not interested in biglaw but would love to stay in Minnesota/have lots of ties to the Minneapolis area. Have reservations about W&M (distance from major metro area) but not opposed to living in D.C. area upon graduation. I just got in off the Minnesota waitlist this morning and have a week to decide... thoughts are much, much appreciated (especially because of this frantic turnaround time)!

I'm confused-- why would it seem like a "no-brainer" to attend W&M, a lower-ranked school, that doesn't offer much job placement in the region of your choice (Minnesota)? How much $ did W&M offer?courtinglaw wrote:Hey all-- interested in input here, maybe for some it seems like a no-brainer to W&m but I'm hesitating.
Just to clarify-- are you currently in Minnesota and would therefore pay in-state tuition?

What is the COA of each ? You must have a high GPA as Minnesota seems to be making offers to reverse splitters on their waitlist.
