Stipulations Vs No stipulations

Post by gator6589 » Wed Mar 30, 2011 1:41 pm

Alright so I've posted here before with the situation but would like other TLSers take on my situation. I am already pretty set on my choice but they are between Loyola NOLA full ride with a 2.7 stip and Chicago-Kent 20k a year no stipulation. Ive done the math and my best case scenario in NOLA and Best case in Chicago would be about 38K difference with a max difference between the two being 60k COL included.

As far as my future career aspirations go I am uncertain. I wouldn't mind practicing in chicago for a few years after graduation but I know I would not want to live in NOLA after graduation as I would not study or practice civil law. In addition I spoke to a lot of NOLA students who say the stipulation is quite high and non of their friends have kept 100%. Which would you chose of the two? (retake comments already been said, I got it.)

Well it seems like you have already done your reasearch and figured out the best option. NOLA's stips are too high and you don't want LA. Kent all the way.
