Where should I go? USC $ / Vandy $ / Minnesota $$$ Forum

I've been living in So Cal all my life and I want to come back here for employment. I've narrowed my options down to:

USC -- 60k scholly, no stipulations
Vandy -- 45k, no stipulation
Minnesota -- Full ride, 2.5 gpa stipulation

The only reason, I'm considering Minnesota is because of the money but realistically, I'm leaning towards USC. The debt is pretty frightening though. I have a Comp Sci degree and am looking to practice IP.

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I currently have about 20k in undergrad loans.

USC. Less debt and better placement in Cali FTW.
