For schools that differ a lot: location, cost, job prospects.
If they don't differ by that much then go visit and go by feel.
And by job prospects, the NLJ250+Clerkship or USNWR or the TLS tier system (something like: T3> T6 > T12 > T13 > T18 > strong regionals) are about the best things you are going to get.

Since it's between H/S I think you should base it on feel and possibly to a lesser extent on whether you'd like to end up on the east coast or west coast.
Visit them is the only advice that can be given.
