Tulane with 22,500 or LSU with 45,000
$$ is a serious concern but career prospects last a life time and I'm a bit torn between the two.
I know I want to live in Louisiana for the next 3 years but dont know if I want to be there for the rest of my life.
any opinions that don't involve "retake"?

Tulane may get you out of Louisiana more easily... but it will be with debt.. and even with the scholarship... a pretty large debt. LSU would be my pick, but mostly for financial purposes. Debt is NO GOOD. If you are good enough, with the right networking, you should do fine at LSU. In the end, I don't know your career goals... but just with the information given.. thats my vote ;o)
