This would be better if it weren't dated; these LRAP programs change all the time.

This isn't dated, it is generally applicable to every school that is combining their LRAP with IBR and discusses the benefits and drawbacks associated with doing so. Also it is being published in May 2011, so it definitely isn't dated. Other than that, I have no idea what tl;dr means.

It is interesting I guess but idk how it affects me really (other than I see why private sector jobs are now covered). I was about to rail on the article for grammatical errors until I saw that it was just a draft.
