just did some research. USC scholarships came out this week (march 18th) last year

At least some Cornell packages are out already. Make sure you submit all of the need based documentation they ask for--I believe they consider need and merit in the same package.

I spoke with someone from USC's financial aid office last week. They hope to begin making first round decisions this week. Not sure how long this process typically takes or exactly when we'll actually receive offers.
