Keep in mind that most of the "masses" aren't Mormon, and many of us would hate going to BYU.

I assume since the sticker for BYU is low, that you're mormon. If so, I would pick BYU. BYU outperforms their rankings as far as placement and $11k is pretty darn cheap if you don't mind the whole chastity, no alcohol, no coffee thing.

This. Personally, I would not pick BYU because sex, booze and caffeine may be the three things that get me through law school. But if LDS is your thing, go for it.

I take it that you have a job lined up? In that case, go to the school you like the most while attempting to minimize debt. I'm not sure which of your options is cheapest since you only provided scholarship information (as opposed to cost of attendance information), so that's for you to decide. One thing to consider is how future clients will perceive your degree (i.e., does Utah have more "prestige" than BYU?).
