Not T-14, but rural? W&L. A traffic jam is more than 5 cars at a stop light, and if you sit and text through an entire green-light no one will honk guaranteed - getting there quicker isn't worth being rude (to people who live around here). You can literally walk across the whole town and get to class in a reasonable time. Plus, if you dig smaller towns and slower pace of life, (conservative values, right?) you'd probably really dig the honor system.

I dont see what youre getting at dude, the detroit metro area (wayne, washtenaw, and oakland counties) is not rural by any stretch of the imagination

Charlottesville is not "rural"
but the immediate surrounding areas are... it's kind of a dense suburb/small city surrounded by rural areas. I guess it just depends on what you mean...
