Fordham PT v. Cardozo

Post by methawk » Wed Mar 09, 2011 11:04 pm

Im wondering the employment prospects at Fordham PT v Cardozo. I understand Fordham will give better chance at "Biglaw". Is "Biglaw" out of the question at Cardozo though? If not "biglaw", what sort of other law firm opportunities are there for each school (salary, work/life, etc.)? Thoughts....(time is of essence).

I've heard PT students at Fordham are treated the same at OCI, plus your workload will be lighter the first year which should help you achieve better grades as a 1L. There is no way Cardozo should ever be chosen over Fordham unless you get a full-ride at Dozo, then maybe it should be considered. But the local respect factor of the schools aren't even close. Fordham is closer to Columbia, NYU, Cornell then it is to Cardozo and Brooklyn.
