Hi,
Anybody know how well WVU places out of state, specifically Philadelphia or the I-95 corridor? I know the number is probably small, but I'm trying to decide between WVU, Syracuse, or Widener with a lot money (rather not got there, though).

Re: West Virginia University placing out of state
I rarely see WVU grads at Pittsburgh firms, so I would say your chances of getting in at a Philly firm are very low unless you have connections and great grades. This is the same for Syracuse.bschneider82 wrote:Hi,

Don't go to Widener.
Edit: By great grades, I mean, just by looking at a couple firm websites the WVU grads were some level of editor on law review and/or cum laude or above. I've also only seen a handful who graduated prior to 2000.
