Well I wouldn't mind living in either state. Im trying to figure out what are the pros and cons of each, all other things being equal.

I gotta agree with Rad...both schools are great options for the states in which they are located. Thus, think hard about where you would prefer to live and most likely work. I guess a plus to UGA is that you would have access to the ATL legal market, though NC does have its share of cities [though I would prefer ATL]. Moreover, from a purely social perspective, nothing beats Athens. Good luck with your decision.

I don't think any of us can make the decision whether to live in GA or NC for you. You gotta be more specific than "I want pros and cons."
