U Penn v.s. Berkeley
Which would you choose? I'm not sure which area of the country I want to work in after graduation. I think I want to do corporate law, but I might also want to do a clerkship. Any advice would be appreciated.

Irrelevant question until you decide. It's conventional wisdom that Penn is doing better than Berkeley for BigLaw save in California. As for clerkships, no idea. Decide where you want to work, or how risk averse you are. If you have debts to pay off, Penn is a better gamble than Berkeley (since BigLaw is better shot).
