First Acceptance- Denver

Post by capnb » Thu Feb 03, 2011 10:27 am

Not a tier 1, but I couldn't be more stoked. I got accepted with a GPA 2 standard deviations below the median in less than 2 weeks. The best thing ever. I wasn't sure I'd get in anywhere.

I don't know much about Denver, but congrats. If you're asking for opinions on whether you should go there (I ask because you posted in the 'Choosing a Law School' forum), let us know.

Thanks, yeah I am curious about that, but right now I'm just happy to have gotten in a tier2 school since my GPA was low from my first 2 years..

I'm going to start looking through schools with similar scores (3.46/159)...I was doubtful I would get in there (or anywhere) with my 2.79/160...anyway good luck to everyone..

BTW, part of the reason I posted in here was so people have an idea of what it takes to get into denver (i.e. whether to choose it).
