This may be a dumb question. Why is ASU ranked higher than U of A this year?

I'm not sure what you mean? sorry tired right now. Just curious because ASU jumped a lot. To me, it still seems like U of A is better, but maybe that's because I don't really want to go to Phoenix.

yeah I guess it doesn't really matter, they're about the same. I got a 166 and hope to get into both, but I'd rather go to the U of A. I was just wondering if ASU had suddenly developed awesome job placement or something that made it jump #18 spots

I don't know what it was but honestly I don't think it matters. It could have been anything: a large donation, the legislature approving a larger budget, a 1 point LSAT median increase (which depending on the nature of the increase and the 25th and 75th might not mean anything) or anything. Not being from the area, U of A very well might even be more highly regarded regionally. You should go to the one that you like best and you think is the best career move for you (and hopefully with a scholarship).
