Why Indiana U?
How is this school ranked 28th, but is not in the top 50 for NLJ 250 law schools?
What is so good about this school?

Indiana U is not in a major legal market, so of course it isn't feeding people. Look at all the schools, they are either national schools or in large local markets (NYC, Chicago, LA, SF, Atlanta, etc.)

He's mocking you gdane. To answer your question, it's because USNEWS takes into account a lot of things that don't really matter. Also, because the vast majority of grads will stay in Indiana where there is very few biglaw firms.gdane wrote:Yay! I know, but he misinterpreted my initial post. I meant that biglaw hiring isnt all that determines a schools worth according to USNWR. Hell, biglaw hiring doesnt impact the rankings at all.Patriot1208 wrote:He's mocking you gdane. I was attempting some form of lulz, in any case. There was probably some meta-humor in there somewhere.
