seriously though, there are a certain bunch who apply to both Colorado and UW, and barring any other relevant evidence that the environment in IU is similar, you might as well go with Colorado or UW.

If you are 100% sure you want to do prosecution and nothing else. DNCG, don't burn through savings, borrow everything. Let LRAP and IBR pay that shit down.
Else, IUB unless you get fullrides elsewhere.

Don't count on grants. I had a lot more need than you and got nothing but loans from Michigan (after the merit scholarship). I am not sure how they determine need based grants but don't ever count on it until you get the package.

I seriously doubt that you will get a full ride, or close to is, at Colorado or UW. They don't have the same amount of money to throw around as IU-B...
