Cardozo, U. of Miami, U. of baltimore on scholarship? resident of baltimore. Which is best option. I fear Cardozo cause its so expensive and costly to live in the city.

If you don't have a preference as to where you want to live after graduation, take whichever will be cheapest at graduation, taking into account tuition and cost of living.

Otherwise, take the school in the market you would rather live in after graduation.

Sticker at any of these schools is a terrible decision. You should strongly consider a retake.

if a gun was held to my head and I was forced to pick, i would pick umiami. It semidominates the south florida market. Oh yea it is also warm. If you do crappy in school, you can still have a good time there!
