1) If a student transfers from CLS or NYU to H or Y, would that hurt OCI options for NYC placement? E.g. would firms look down on the fact that you self-selected out of NYC for school or the fact that you are competing with non-transfer students?
2) If a student participates in a study-abroad dual-degree program such as the ones below, would spending 3L or 3L+1 year abroad negatively affect placement since he/she would be out of the country for their last year(s) of school?

This is stupid because
1) Transferring from CCN to HYS is probably not a great idea. You would give up LR/awesome grades which can already get you a job.
2) LLM is probably worthless.
