Sadly I don't think Berkley is possible because of the GPA. I hear that Berkley weights GPA heavily.

Thoughts-
1. UCLA is a fantastic school, so I wouldn't exactly call it "resigning" yourself. Moreover, you're not even guaranteed admission with your numbers.
2. However, I wouldn't ED to a school you associate with resignation.
3. I think you have a good shot at multiple lower t-14s. You will likely have options.
4. ED where you want to go.

"Resign" yourself? Get real! UCLA is a great school in its own right. I hope you dont even get into UCLA for thinking that by going there you're "resigning" yourself.
