You don't have a very good chance of getting into the T14 because your GPA is so low. However, because you rocked the LSAT there are many schools inside the top 30 that will stomach your GPA in order to raise their LSAT median. Outside of the T14, and especially during this blood bath of an economy, you want to attend law school in the city or region where you want to work. So if, as you said, you want to work in Boston, NY, LA, or SF you should pick a school in those regions. You might consider BC, BU, or Fordham. Fordham isn't technically in the top30 but given your stats I think your best bet is to apply to the decent schools in the cities you'd want to work in. See where you are actually accepted to and then start looking into the different cultures and environments. You can go visit the schools once you've been accepted. But because your cycle is going to be hard to predict you might be getting ahead of yourself if you look into culture before you've even been accepted.
