I was actually not trying to be a jerk, I think you should consider other options.

If you have to have to choose, where would you go though? If you have no other options and have to go to law school.. (and possibly transfer to other schools after 1st year)... Just pick one plz.. One school's gotta be better than others

If you absolutely have to go this year, go to Akron. But if you had to go to a TTT/TTTT, why those? There are better ones out there, schools that are really T1/T2 quality but underranked. Maybe you can still apply to them.

Try Suffolk, Marquette, Wayne State, Vermont, Southwestern, Howard, Gonzaga, South Carolina, Michigan State, St. Thomas. If you go TTT, those are pretty much the only universally accepted ones. The bolded ones are widely believed to be underrated.

Also, if you're dead-set on going this year, U-Miami, which is pretty much T1, is still accepting apps. Might as well go for it.

Personally, I would have to wait.

Miami is a waste unless you get almost a full scholarship.

Howard is a waste unless you are URM; employers OCI there for diversity hires.

I would think Idaho. It's the only school in it's state and would have relatively cheap tuition (I'm guessing). Wouldn't OP have a decent chance at a job there? You'd have to be willing to live in Idaho.

edit: not to mention COL

OP, to take your question at face value, location matters far more than reputation among the schools you listed. There are three different regions listed, and none of those schools will reliably carry you out of its respective region. Between the two Ohio schools, I understand Akron to be the stronger one.

You will not listen, but it is my (apparently our) moral obligation to tell you that you should not go to any of these schools. I'm sorry.

I did think about that. However, some white students do extremely well there and get top jobs. If you're top-5%, you will raise eyebrows no matter what school you go to or what your ethnic background may be.

I'd think with the numbers you'd need to get into Howard as a white person, you could get into a much higher-ranked school. It looks like with the options OP is laying out that Howard, Miami, etc. are out of reach.

I took it to mean that go to an HBC as a white person and top 5% will be easier

I thought PDaddy was black?

And the statement is patently absurd.

I kind of thought the same thing when I read OP. Note that I know zero about any of the schools involved because I'm too good to have even glanced at their name on the LSAC list of schools.

This seems credited. The only risk would be, do they like out of staters there in Idaho? I'd imagine almost everyone there has local ties.
