Want to study space-time law --> What school?

Post by sumus romani » Tue Jul 06, 2010 2:37 pm

Hi everyone. I have been doing some reading and I'm pretty fascinated by space-time theory and law, so I thought, why not combine them? What interests me most is so-called "spooky action at a distance" and causal claims in civil and criminal law, especially tort law. Also I'm interested in the how responsibility, especially criminal negligence, is best understood in light of relativity. This area of law will expand like a bubble I bet and I want to be on the razor's edge no doubt.

Now, I know that there are some good programs in space law. For example, the University of Mississippi specializes in space law. But I checked them out and that is not what I am looking for. I'm looking for space-time law, not just space law.

Any advice?
