Unless you really want to practice in Boston (and even then, it is still a tough choice), go with Michigan.

If it helps, I chose BU with $60k and MA over Michigan with $30k.
I'm from Boston and want to end up there. More money. Really want my masters. Also, visited Michigan and really didn't feel like it was a fit.

As long as you have ties to Boston, you won't have a hard time getting back into the market for a T14 school. Michigan is an easy choice for you. Amazing school, great academics and professors, cool atmosphere, and it will set you apart from the 250 other law students from BC and BU trying to get the job in Boston.
Congrats on Michigan. Guess I should say it........"Go Blue!"
