T14 Schools with best PI/Pro Bono programs?

I'm curious as to which schools excel in these areas. After realizing my dream job was no longer biglaw, I decided I wanted to pursue a career as an ADA/Prosecutor. Are these positions relatively regional? Should I just be choosing a school in a market that i want to spend the next 10+ years of my life and do my best to get involved with moot court, law review, etc. or is ranking/prestige still very much important?

NYU and Boalt both have strong PI and non-profit stuff.
