For those attending law school in NYC or NJ

Post by chicoalto0649 » Tue May 25, 2010 2:46 pm

Are there a lot of "Jersey Shore" type kids at your LS? I will be at Fordham this fall and after spending four years in the midwest, I dread coming back to the east coast, only to be surrounded by Snookies and The Situation type-folks. Please tell me my fears are unfounded.

Edit: Will I be attending Barrister's Ball with these guys?

i grew up in nj, went to rutgers, and now will be going to NYU in the fall. i assure you that situation and snooki-esque individuals do not end up at high-ranking law schools :)

The Situation was at Knight Club a few months ago.

One of those Jersey Shore kids is going to graduate his undergrad institution this spring and has like a 3.999 GPA and is targeting Y/H/S.

Just so ya know...

the LSAT will act as an adequate filter here.

Yeah, but that is one hell of an awesome soft -- three seasons on TV as a "reality tv show character".

Seriously though, if you were working on a matter against that guy from Jersey Shore, could you really take him seriously? I'd have to take my fair share of jabs at him.
