Am I delusional in thinking I can find an IP job in Chicago coming out of IU-B? Would I need to finish in the top 15% in my class? 10%? My alternative is a T2 (in-state w/ small scholly) that has a very strong presence in their city (not Chicago). I don't really care where I live/practice, I just want to give myself the best chance to find a job upon graduation. What say you?

IU-B is a good school, I don't think Chicago market is guaranteed, but it will still give you good job prospects as long as you aren't bottom of the class!!
