No. You need to go to the absolute best school you get into. So, ideally, Yale.

Yes. Yale is better for everything. Go to any practitioner of international law and they will tell you the same thing.

Ideally you should go to the school that would offer you the most opportunities which is usually the higher ranked school. So, I would agree that going to Yale is the best bet but if you are choosing between CLS and NYU and NYU is higher ranked in your area of interest and you feel more comfortable at the school I say go for it simply because they are closely ranked schools.
