I've heard decent things about South Texas and only horrific things about Willamette (and I was accepted w/ a large scholly from the latter so I at least know something about the school's rep).

Texas Tech is now in the picture, sticker price, but still 1/2 of either Willamette or S. TX and I live 2 blocks away rent free...
