I got admitted to Pepperdine with $20,000 renewable scholarship, Gerogia sticker, however, my parents are going to pay for the law school, so I do not need to worry about debt at all.
I would like to work in LA and I love Malibu. But since Gerogia is ranked 28th this year, it makes my decision a little hard.

The change in rank does not alter employers perceptions of what UGA is: a great public law school, particularly if you want to practice in GA. But employers out in LA are not going to start recruiting there just because USNEWS says it's better than Pepperdine. If you want LA, there is not reason to choose UGA. BUT perhaps you'd be willing to stay in GA?

UGA will probably give you a better shot with Atlanta biglaw than Pepperdine will with LA biglaw. I know you mentioned that your parents will pay for law school, but it's still wise to be fiscally responsible when you're using their money. UGA's tuition, even at sticker, will probably cost you less than Pepperdine with the scholarship. Also, Athens is a great town to be in for school, and Atlanta is only an hour drive away.
edit: oh, and it's UGA or Georgia, not "Georgia U" or "Gerogia [sic] U"

UGA is a great school. And I think the South is great. But it is absolutely nothing like Southern California. I would never go to a school with zero portability on the hopes that I will like the geographic area. UGA will not get you to SoCal. But if you are sure that you would be happy in GA indefinitely then UGA is a good choice.
Why Athens being a great college town has anything to do with anything is beyond me.

But seems like I can not change it now or I can not find how to change it.
