Northeastern vs Brooklyn vs American

Trying to decide between these three schools. Want to practice on the east coast. Brooklyn offered me 24k a year, provided I stay in top 40%. Northeastern offered 8500 a year. America offered nothing. Thoughts?

Take the money and go to Brooklyn top 40 requirement isnt terrible. American isnt worth it at sticker.
