I'm an SC resident with 164 LSAT, 3.5 GPA
USC offered me 15K, bringing their instate tuition to about 5K/year
Quinnipiac may be awarding me a full scholarship.
George Mason has offered me no money.

Re: GMU vs USC vs Quinnipiac
I won't even consider QU if I didn't get the full scholarship.
I'm feeling that it's between an (almost) free education at a southern regional school, the only reputable law school in SC (Charleston School of Law doesn't pose much competition), and a tier 1 school in DC area.
Any advise is appreciated!
I'm also still waiting for a reply from Columbia, Notre Dame, and Minnesota. Do I even have a chance to get into these schools at this stage of the game, or should I just write them off. Is it significant that it's been 2 months since my applications have been completed for these schools.

150k is alot to pay for mason. Id stay in SC and graduate almost debt free. Mason doesnt get you much outside of DC.

I was thinking the same thing, except I really like the DC and metro area, and and loathe Columbia, SC.
So, ending up in NoVA is pretty good for me.
If I get the full scholarship to QU, should I even consider it?
