Second Semester UG Grades

Will a school ever take away your admissions if your second semester grades suck? My GPA is potentially looking to take a pretty heavy hit (dropping from a 3.2 to a 3.05) from this second semester.

Yeah my grades are on their way down but I think as long as you get C's I wouldn't worry about it. That's just what I've heard.
