BC Sticker vs W&M $$ Forum

Just wanted to get other people's opinions on this. I have been accepted into BC with no scholarship offer and W&M with almost a half scholarship. I don't really have an interest in big law whatsoever. Are the job prospects that much better coming out of BC? In the end, it would cost about 65k more for BC. Thanks.

65k for marginally better job prospects and not having to live in Williamsburg.

The ranking difference between W&M and BC is minimal at best. Also, if you are only paying half-tuition, I do not see how a slightly more reputable school can deter you from this opportunity--particularly since biglaw is of little importance.

Take the money and run!

W and M without a doubt. In fact, since you are uninterested in BigLaw, then W and M is probably BETTER. They place better into clerkships and government/PI (which is due to their DC proximity) than BC.

Yeah without a decent scholarship from BC I'd take W&M.
