Decisions, decisions.
Hi, I got into George Mason, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, Case Western (15k/yr), and Georgia State (in-state, will pay 12k/yr).
Waitlisted at W&L and UGA.
Does anyone have any tips on where to go? Seat deposits due soon. Paying sticker at Mason or Wake is pretty daunting, but they're the best schools I got into. I would like to practice anywhere from DC to Florida on the east coast.
Waitlisted at W&L and UGA.

Tips: cross Cincy and Case off your list if you really want to practice on the SE Coast. None of these schools are going to travel particularly well to Florida, so I would be leery of that aspect as well.vendetta2 wrote:Hi, I got into George Mason, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, Case Western (15k/yr), and Georgia State (in-state, will pay 12k/yr).

I'd try to further narrow your regional choices a bit. These are all very regional schools, and I'm not sure the region each is in will stretch from D.C. to even the northern FL border.

Why didn't OP apply to any Florida schools?

That was silly. UF is tops in FL. Wake is the only school that would maybe carry you there, but it's certainly not worth sticker. The problem you have here is that Wake and Mason will leave you in horrific debt, and are probably not worth it. However, the ATL market is pretty cutthroat, and GA State is gonna have a tough time competing.vendetta2 wrote:I didn't like UF or FSU.darknightbegins wrote:Why didn't OP apply to any Florida schools?
Don't go to Cincy or Case if you want to practice in the South on the coast.
Go to GA State, so at least that way if you can't get a good job, you're not in horrific debt afterwards. You will probably end up working in ATL though.

I'd go with Georgia State unless you get off the waitlist at UGA.
