This is a thread for everyone trying to make this difficult decision. Hopefully by talking it out we can make a decision that will be best for each of us.
Here's how I see it:
JOB PLACEMENT
According to NLJ 250 placement Cornell has a slight edge.
Cornell also has more firms per student at OCI but fewer firms in overall.
Georgetown-impersonal career services according to a few gtown students I talked to and my tour guide (not the best evidence but take it for what it's worth.
Who has better national placement has been debated in other threads, Georgetown usually comes out ahead due to its larger number of firms at OCI.
LOCATION
Georgetown has access to better intenrships and more to do
Cornell has a more close knit community and distraction free environment
Costs: Probably about equal. Cheaper COL for Cornell but higher tuition.
STUDENT BODY
Huge class sizes at Georgetown. Students seemed cool when I visited. Lots of kids playing sports or at the gym which is a plus for me.
Cornell-Haven't visited yet but supposedly a close knit student body.

Re: This years Cornell vs. Georgetown thread
Given the lack of action on this thread, I'm guessing I'm the only one considering GeorgeTTTown over an elite T13 school like Cornell.

I'm in at G-town, hoping to be in at Cornell, too (my boss went there - loved it) ... I'm hoping to have to make this difficult decision with you too ...
