I'm debating between Georgetown with a slightly less than 1/3 tuition scholarship and Fordham with a slightly less than half tuition scholarship. I love Georgetown, and its a better overall school, but I really would like to end up in NYC.
DC is cool, but I love NYC.
I'm not really set on biglaw. I'd like to work for a few years, pay off my debt, and then ideally open a small firm myself.
What does TLS think? Thanks.

Georgetown for sure. Disclosure: I am a Georgetown 3L going to NYC biglaw.
Either way, you are taking on a decent chunk of debt. Georgetown will give you more options in general and give you a higher chance of getting a job that will enable quick repayment. Also, Georgetown places quite well in NYC for those who wish to go there. OCI is literally swarming with NYC firms.
