Rutgers Camden vs Newark

I have been accepted into camden with a $5000 a year scholarship, and Newark with no scholarship. I was wondering if any one knows the pros and cons of each one. I cannot decide which one to choose. I live in NJ, and hope to eventualy work in nyc.
