Out of state for UNC...Don't quite know about law specialty yet but I originally planned on becoming a real estate attorney, I am also thinking of IP or corporate securities...as i was a finance major in undergrad. I would PREFER to be somewhere warm, I grew up in MI and I do not want to go back, although my father is an attorney and owns a successful practice. I would like to practice in Charleston or somewhere in NC. Possibly in Chi town.
The only stipulations of the scholarships are that I have to keep a 2.5 for Wayne and 3.0 for Loyola and possibly also for DePaul. I think MSU said mine would go up if I kept a 3.0.
As far as career goals go I ultimately want be a real estate developer later on down the road, but I would like to use law as the medium to get into the industry. Obviously it is too early to decide what kind of law I want to practice for the rest of my life, but these are my tentative plans. Who knows what I will decide after/during law school.

Do you know what the curve is at Loyola? I think you should go to either UNC or Loyola depending on how confident you are that you can retain that scholarship.
