Emory ($18k) vs. Cardozo ($35k)

I had my heart set on Cardozo for the past few weeks, but after receiving the offer from Emory, I'm starting to lean in that direction. My research so far leads me to believe that Emory is generally the better option, but since I am dead set on working in NYC after school (finance background), I'm having trouble deciding.

Also, while I was waitlisted at Fordham, I think I should be able to get into the part time program and then switch to full time, but I'd be paying sticker. Any thoughts?
