At least half scholarships at each of the options above...which would you pick, and why?
edit: i'm fine working in any region, I'm interested in tax law but would like options in case it turns out I hate that.

What do you want to do? Where do you want to live? Do you have any feelings positive or negative about the schools listed? You aren't giving people nearly enough information to answer this.
