Whats my best option?

Post by eberl032 » Tue Feb 02, 2010 2:46 pm

However terrible it may sound my career aspirations are to work for one of those firms with an office on the 49th floor of a skyscrapper. I know the schools im looking at are not the best oppertunity for that and I know I should have retaken the LSAT. But given my situation

Where should I pick to maximize that possbility?

Pepperdine seems like a good place but there is so much competition. San Diego has an upperhand their but the market is small. Miami maybe?

Any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I'd say DePaul.

But try to get off one of those waitlists! All 4 of your waitlist schools are good schools. A LOCI or extra LOR just might do the trick - you never know.

I'd take Pepperdine over San Diego any day.

You better be top of the class at DePaul, K&E and Sidley Austin hire there but only the very top. Also Sidley's only on the 25th to 33rd floors of 1S Dearborn, but its got a great view.
