Fordham's new building. Complete when?
Have they started the construction? When will it finish?
The renderings look great so far.

The renderings do look damn impressive. It really made me want to apply to Fordham. The admissions staff changed that.

Completed some time before we die. I've heard that it should be completed in 2012 or 2013, but the school still has to clear a few hurdles, and raise more money. I am sad that I'll never get to study in there, but happy it will raise the profile of the school. People in the area know how good Fordham is, and I think our school should have national lay recognition for its general awesomeness.

Supposed to be finished in 4-5 years. Dean says three years but I think unlikely.

They were just rude and unresponsive to requests for information, dealing with a fee waiver, etc. It really turned me off to the school. We've talked about this before, but I understand that convo would get lost in the 100 Fordham conversations in which you're involved here on any given day.OperaSoprano wrote:Completed some time before we die. LOL, I know you mentioned something about that. You seemed unhappy about it, so I wondered if something just happened. I've never seen them be actively rude to anyone, but they are way understaffed (I think I told you about the old head of admissions leaving last winter, and not having been replaced). I know for a fact that the people there wish applicants and students well, and would never mislead anyone about their chances. DB was very frank with Hoff last cycle. It's a question of being able to reach them at a good time, because they have so much to do.TipTravHoot wrote:They were just rude and unresponsive to requests for information, dealing with a fee waiver, etc. It really turned me off to the school.
