Wfu will be up even more in a year (prediction) given that employment prospects have improved, medians were held, and current class is 125 (better faculty/student ratio).

Thought that was their schtick this year to make their rankings seem less based on cocaine fueled shouting matches at USNWR headquarters

Once employers get a load of Michigan's baller peer accessment score, the droves will flock to Ann Arbor. Business opportunity: Ann Arbor Hyatt franchise to house the droves.

That's awful. Maybe it'll finally convince them to change their fin aid policies.
Both schools look awful, but Pitt is lucky to be tied. Significantly more expensive and half the employment. Poor kids.

Trolling aside, I am legitimately curious how WUSTL managed the jump it did. I had assumed with the 2 point LSAT median hit that it was going to get worse before it got better.
WUSTL only dropped because they reported their employment numbers using this years metric, last year. So technically they're back where they were.
Right, but that doesn't change how big of a LSAT hit they took which is a large part of the methodology.
We already had a high LSAT for our rank when we were #18. We were tied with Cornell and higher than Berkeley. We only dropped 2 points, and a lot of our competition dropped 1. The LSAT drop didn't have much of an effect.

Good for WUSTL and Indiana. They're becoming a lot more prestigious and I'm sure employers will take a second look at applicants at these schools now. Really gives me some things to think about. Anyone else wanna meet me in Bloomington.

I'd much rather have a 15% chance than a 9%. Also believe it or not, these rankings do influence employers and alumni.
